1. Acceptance
By using the PakBill app or pakbill.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What PakBill is (and isn't)
- PakBill is an independent bill-viewing and reminder tool operated by MadXpert.
- PakBill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Pakistani utility provider (LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, MEPCO, IESCO, PESCO, HESCO, QESCO, SEPCO, TESCO, AJK Electric, SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL, any WASA, KWSB, K-Electric, CDA, or others) or any government entity.
- All company names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the bill source.
- PakBill does not process payments. All payments are made by you directly through your bank or payment provider.
3. Accuracy disclaimer
Bill information is fetched from providers' public portals and displayed for convenience. Portals change, outages happen, and parsing can lag behind. Always verify the final amount, due date and consumer details on the provider's official portal or printed bill before making any payment. We are not responsible for errors, delays, missed due dates, surcharges, or losses arising from use of the information shown in the app.
4. Your responsibilities
- Only add reference numbers you are authorised to view (your own household/business, or with the owner's consent).
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Supported providers may change if their portals change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadXpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including late-payment surcharges, disconnections, or financial losses, arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (see Delete Account).
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
