PakBill by MadXpert — account & data deletion

Option 1 — Email request (works for everyone)

Send an email to support@pakbill.app with the subject "Delete my PakBill account" from the email address you registered with. We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

Option 2 — In the app

Open PakBill → Profile → Manage Accounts to remove individual utility accounts instantly. Full account deletion via email as above.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, city) and login credentials
• All saved utility reference numbers and nicknames
• All stored bills, history, and bill screenshots
• Push notification tokens and preferences

What we may retain

Server logs (which do not contain your password) may persist up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, after which they are rotated out automatically.

Note

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your bill data remains available on your utility provider's own portal — PakBill only ever mirrored it.
